How do I sign up for the unlimited club?
Visit us in person or click here to choose the membership you’re interested in and submit a membership request through our form. A PC Fresh Wash team member will personally reach out within 24 hours to help you with the next steps. Memberships are finalized with our team rather than through an automated online checkout.
When Will I be billed for my unlimited club?
Your card will be automatically charged on the same date each month.
What happens if I get a new license plate or a new car?
Submit a request through our Manage Membership page or speak with a team member at PC Fresh Wash. Our team will help update the vehicle information associated with your membership.
Can I use my Unlimited Plan on more than one vehicle?
Each membership is associated with one vehicle. If you have additional vehicles, ask us about our Family Plan or Fleet options.
How do I cancel my Unlimited Plan?
Membership cancellations must be completed in person at PC Fresh Wash at least 7 days before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellation requests submitted by email, phone, or through the Contact Us form will not be accepted.
What happens when I cancel my Unlimited Plan?
Your cancellation must be completed in person at least 7 days before your next scheduled renewal date. Once your cancellation is completed, your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid period. After that payment period ends, you will no longer be charged.

What amenities are included with my wash?
Every wash includes access to our free vacuums, free mat washer, free glass cleaner, and towel area so you can finish your vehicle before getting back on the road.

Do you offer Fleet Plans?
Yes. PC Fresh Wash offers fleet options for businesses and organizations. Complete the Fleet form and our team will contact you to discuss your needs.
